The most significant missing footage is from the Lexus reverse camera (active when reversing). Even in the scenario where the victim is not completely in frame you will see splintering of the taillight and victim thrown and hear audio of the entire incident. They can easily download Toyota control history, so why and how is this definitive evidence missing?

Biff: If the DOJ investigated Proctor's phone and found zero evidence on his phone that he was corrupt - it would not have helped the defense. So maybe blame Proctor for discrediting his own investigation, rather than the DOJ for finding his corruption?

Vinnie - last week, after we heard the voicemails, you said there must have been an argument on the drive over there. This is one of those times where your wholesome life and wonderful relationship history prevents you from seeing a probability. My theory is they were TOTALLY HAPPY ON THE DRIVE OVER and Karen wasn't angry until John seemingly abandoned her for a party (again). Remember: John had a history of partying and leaving Karen behind to babysit. We heard about New Years Eve. PLUS, Jen McCabe (or Kerrie R.? ) said on the stand that John viewed Karen as a "babysitter with benefits". (She said it to insult/hurt Karen, but it's an insult to John because what kind of man would treat someone like that - and what kind of man would allow his female friends to think that's what he thinks about his girlfriend). K & J could have been happy when John got out of the car, but as soon as he didn't come back for her and refused to answer her calls and texts, she became angry because it's repeated, painful, humiliating behavior. Plus, she wasn't supposed to stay with him that night, which means she, again, had to change her plans and babysit while he partied. Any woman who's been in a similar, humiliating situation would recognize the feelings....and it's especially frustrating when the guy is seen as a "saint" by everyone, because no one believes the relationship's problems could be his fault. I don't believe they were fighting at all.... I think John never came back to the car, and she felt he left her and ignored her texts for the sake of a party. That's my two cents. 🤷‍♀️

So the last expert on the stand today really put everything into perspective about Karen could have not hit John and there is no evidence to prove that. So now I say not guilty.
